Ripoff

I have been doing exactly what everyone else here has and today when I called to keep my file active with the customer service I was informed that as of 4/10. They had received notice from PC One that they are out of business. So Katie whom I was speaking to became very short with me and cut the conversation off right now. I was contacted by PC One back on August 10 by George Mclaw and also spoke with Mark St. James.

They gladly took my $349.00. What a great deal to rebuild credit, So I thought. My package was due to arrive by September 7th. Nothing came. Ok Alaska mail is slower so I gave them the benifit of the doubt.

Finally on October 6 when I contacted them, I was told it had been mailed that day. Was also told by Trever 183 that CCR was was putting a 10 day Investigation on this. Then I called back on 10/17 and spoke with Jennifer 773 and was finally given a mailing address. Called again on 10/25 spoke with Michele 390, was assured my package was mailed and on it's way. November 8 spoke with David 533 was told it would be to me within 30 business days, at that time he gave me info that there address was in Canada and gave me a phone number 1-866-811-4698, it does ring but all I get is a fax machine.

I also requested a full refund. Was told I would have it in full in 30 days. On 1/17 I spoke to David 533 again and asked to call back because my refund had been delayed a week. On 3/20 spoke with Cola and she gave me a fax and enlightened me that there were a lot of complaints against this company and I informed her that I was going to file a complaint with the Attorney General of New York and she gave me there fax number to fax them a copy for there file. On 4/11 I faxed a complaint to the Attoney General of New York and also faxed a copy to the number I had been given and then deceided to call and conferm. That was when I had been told they went out of business.

I sure hope they are done defrauding people. And CCR is a bunch of paid liars! They new what this company was doing and they kept telling lies for them.
