Ripoff fraudulent

International product registry is sending me fraudulent emails claiming i have won goods and a bank cheque for 2'478.48 USD. They have defrauded my mother taking her money from her bank asccount claim to be using paypal i have sent the fraudulent emails to paypal as they have been using my mothers paypal account. They need to be stopped.
