Ripoff. Charged for 10 figures, only 4 received. No reply to emails

In january i paid for 10 Resident Evil figures using my debit card. After several emails, bella finally said the parcel containing these figures had been sent to the United States Postal Services for delivering to the United Kingdom. This was in February. I received the parcel early march & had to pay an extra customs charge on top of the agreed price. On opening the parcel i found 4 Resident Evil figures not 10. The packing note in the parcel also confirmed 4 figures had been sent & that the other 6 were sold out & not charged for (even though they are still on their web site as in stock!!!). The packing note said the charge should be $182.25 which was fair enough. The problem is that i had been originally charged for the 10 figures costing $368.21, & despite several emails to bella telling her of the short delivery & could i have a refund of the difference, i have had no reply. I have even contacted my local BBC Radio station who have emailed the said bella but apparently she has said she will not deal with them. I admit i have been a bit rude in some of my emails to Toyglobe but when you get no reply to your letters you get annoyed & frustrated. I paid for 10 figures, they should not have taken payment from my card until their distribution department had told them what they were sending. All i amafter is a refund of the difference in charges (hopefully in English pounds) or the 6 figures they owe me. I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG - I AM THE VICTIM & feel i have been ripped off.
