Ordered some LOTR figures from www.toyglobe.com on November 23 - Cancelled the order before shipping on November 24 - Cancellation confirmed by John Luopus on November 25 but I was still billed on November 27. Have emailed about a refund but no reply. Started to look around and seems these guys are a bit of a con. Will be taking the matter further now with the bank and am looking to maybe issue a fraud charge.
