RIPOFF customer service my @#!

First of all they gave me the wrong phone #. Then i was on hold for 1/2 hour. Then they told me the date i filled out the application in which i nor my wife was even on the computer. Needless to say EDP IS A RIPOFF THEY STEAL PEOPLES INFO AND USE IT TO PAY THEMSELVES.

So if you call and get put on hold dial ext. 123 this will patch you through to the opperator and she will take a message and they will eventualy call you back. You can get other emploee's voice-mail by using the following ext. #'s: 112,121, 119,117, 118,120, 131,134, 122,124, 127,129, 130,133, i would keep going through 128 because this man is rude and does not like it when his phone rings so call him first.
