I have been trying to pay off a loan I have with them for about 3 weeks now. Everytime you call the number it just rings and rings then a voice mail comes on saying this is Speedypayday please leave a message and one of their agents will call you back. For the past 2 weeks, when you dial the number it rings 6 times then goes into voice mail the mailbox is always full. It has been fulled for 3 weeks now. The loan amount is $400 w/a fee of $120. So every 2 weeks there are taking $200.
If I do not hear from them soon I will close out my checking account. I guess then they will call me. Please help I search high and low on the internet. I have even called Teletrack. Oh and the number that is listed after the answering fininsh and you press zero for an operator you get a whole different company.
