Ripoff

These people called me and said i was qualified for $5,000 they ask me to verify some information and i did. They then told me that they needed a processing fee of 249 and that they would need my acount information so i gave it to them but then i changed my mind and they siad they would give me my money back as soon as i recieved a cacelation letter in the mail that i would have to sign and fax back to them its been a year now and i still have not recieved my money. I have tried numerous times to call the 800 number they provided but it seems to me that it doest work anymore.
