Ripoff Fraud They want me to send them $20.00 to collect over 3 Million

This company is ripping people off by claiming that they have won over 3 Million dollars, but you have to send $20.00 to have it released. I did not send them $20.00, but I've read several scam reports where many people did, hoping to receive the 3 Million. They need to be stopped. You may think it's only $20.00, but these people are making a lot of money on this scam. I can't find the appropriate category to put this under as a topic. It's supposedly a sweepstakes.
