This is to let everyone know that they are definitely scamming thousands if not millions of people out of twenty dollars. This may not seem like much but something must be done, to me, it is called "mail fraud". They are sending letters to people claiming that they won over 3 million dollars but first they must send twenty dollars. That's how they are making their money. Do NOT believe this and report it if you were scammed.
