Ripoff, Thay said I won three million three hundred fourty one thousand and six U.S. Dollars and I didn't get anything. Oh and they asked me to send $20 dollars

I got a letter from the Las Vegas Actionable Award Program saying that I won three million three hundred fourty one thousand and six U.S. Dollars. Then they stated other four names of people who supposedly won like me. THen there was a form attached that said that I had to send $20 dollars to pay for a public report or something like that. Needless to say I haven't gotten any money, check... Anything. THere is no way of contactin them.
