CCA First National Card They stole my money after i cancelled

Hi my name is Trevor Edmondson. On dec. 23 I spoke with tammy hawkins to cancell my credit card. Her employee # is 46404 After alot of pressure selling from her i agreed to to view their catalogs and services for FREE. She gave me until Feb. 24 2006 to cancell in writing. She said to cancell serivce I would need to type a letter that i would want to cancell. She also explained to me that if i have my letter post marked before the 24 of feb. That my cancellation would be valid. I held up my end and cancelled before the time givin. She informed me that i would cancell before the 24 NO CHARGES would go against me. NO money out of my pocket what so ever. She then gaurenteed me of this. So after I cancelled my cards I though everything went ok. I even recieved 2 cancellation letters from the company. Yet on March 3 there was 3 debits from my checking account. These debits were NEVER authorized by me.in the federal trade commison website, it states that in order for a business to debit a account the person would have to give oral authoriztion or written. This I did not do. It also states that I would be informed of the amounts takin and how many withdrawls. Again i was never informed of any transactions. They took a unauthorized amount of 299.00 from my checking account.

On friday march 3rd I tried to contact their company about the charges, I waited on hold for 15 min. I had to return to work and was unable to complete the call. Again i was charged by them after I had confirmation from the supervisor Tammy that I would have ZERO charges to my account. This was incorrect as i have been charged 299 dollars. Again I had an agreement that I would not be charged and i was, 1 week after i had cancelled my service.
