Well I also dealt with melaluca. I signed up to become a rep. I also did presentations for my family to signup and some of them did. But the outcome was not good two off my aunt bought items but never recieved them so they decided to cancel. They stated that since they would not buy anything else melaluca told them they would be sent certificates but the certificates are not free of course. So every month money was being taken out of my aunts account and guess what no certificates. My other aunt did send in the proper paperwork and I was there when she did it and I gave my rep number to let them know she was canceling and they stated about two weeks later they never recieved it. Which I know is a pure lie because we call to verify what we had to do and I was there with her. My other aunt has not closed her account which I told her to and they are still taking money out of her account and not once have they sent her any kind of certificates. Meleluca is really not a good company they are just like everybody else.
