SCBN Shire SCBN Prescription Advocacy I called at the advice of my CMW worker in Gainesville, FL to help me with my ADHD son because Medicaid had dropped my son and he needed medications called Vyvanse which is $168.00 month and intuniv w

Health & Medicine

I gave them all the personal information they asked for as well as tax returns, bank records and a lot of personal information as well as the doctor gave them his DEA#, Medical License# as well as his National Provider ID#. They said I qualified for three prescriptions at $25.00 each. They already took $125.00 for the initial membership fee of $50.00 as well as the $75.00 a month for the three medications. They took another $75.00 out of my account on December 05th and I still have not gotten any medications as yet and in the meantime my son needs those medications. When I called the girl informed me that I was not paying for the medications, but for the membership and that the medications were free. I called them tonight and they said I know you are upset go ahead and get it off your chest and then we can talk about it. I said to cancel my membership and I want my money back. She said you will have to go to customercare@scbn.org to cancel and they will tell you if you can get your money back or not. They are a ripoff and need to be stopped.
