Ripoff slamming and cramming

West Star Telecom billed me $19.62 through a front office called OAN for a collect call from Mexico dated Oct 19. West Star also "became" by new long-distance service provider, pushing AT&T aside without my permission. Thus, West Star slammed and crammed me by illegally becoming my long distance service provider and then fraudently charging me $19.62 for a telephone call never made or received by my household on the disputed date of Oct 19,05 (and, I have no connections, friends, or family members in Mexico).

Of course, I told Verizon I was not paying the charge from OAN. I did sent a certified letter to West Star Telecom after numerous call went unanswered. The certified letter was returned by the Post Office after the PO failed on 3 attempts to get someone from WST to sign for the same.
