Ripoff ripoff thieves deceptive company Lexington Kentucky

I own a voicestream prepayed phone. I have had this phone for over a year. Every month i buy a $10.00 card. They came up with this great deal, you buy a $30.00 card and they would give you $50.00 more, good deal right, a $10.00 card is good for 30 days, right. Well i thought so for a year it was anyways. The next card i buy is a $10.00 card, but they let me know over the phone that it was only good for 15 days. Thats $20.00 a month and i only use my phone for emergencys. With that deal that they had, i have over a $108.00 in time, if i forget to buy a card in 15 days i lose all my money. I thank that is want they want everyone to do.
