Ripoff unauthorize use of credit card

Charged my debit card $24.95 called them up and mellissa told me she would credit my account back then i got another charge. I then talked to a man name tony #1005 and he said he take care of this and has not done so yet. Bank has bounced my account 5 times because of funds taken out without me knowing. Ive been threw hell and still fighting to get all they have cost me. I never talked to them to order service. Help please
