Ripoff beware of compuserve they ripped me off good

I was offered a free period of time, accepted it and received a letter that said I needed to cancel by fax if I wanted to by the 21st of the month I did in fact cancel on the 20th of the month recd confirmation that the fax was recd by compuserve and still got billed 24.95. Some guy from the middle East attempted to play with my mind and told me someone was still using the account. BULL no one has access and the account was cancelled.

Beware of this company you may want to check and see if they are owned by AOL. I intend to fight for my money as long as needed if anyone has filed suit please advise.
