They sent me a false letter saying I was going to be in a poetry book RIPOFF

I was written a letter saying that the league of American poets wanted to use my poem I had wrote and had submitted online in a book. I was excited until I did some research and found out that this letter had been sent out to other aspiring poets as myself and never recieved what was promised in the letter. It's difficult to deal with rejection let alone false hope so I wanted everyone to know about this problem so nobody else would get trapped in this scam. Thank you
