SPS learned that I was interested in refinancing my home, so they paid my current taxes (not past due taxes) which they are not authorized to do and they increased my monthly payments as a result. I 've been trying to resolve this matter for 3 years. If you're lucky enough to reach them, the customer service sucks before you are conveniently disconnected.
