I sure hope that someone reads this that has great knowledge and wants to help a lot of people that has been done wrong by a company that uses it policies and procedures only when it is beneficial to them. I have read thousands of complaints on the net and i can associate with every one of them. I wonder why there are all these complaints that are not geographically in one area but all over in the united states. It is not just one store, but many of the nine thousand stores they operate daily. How can one company and all these complaints not shoot up a red flag that something is not right. How can they keep on getting by with what they are doing.

It is illegal and demoralizing to its employees and previous employees. Dollar general takes as good healthy person and turns them into people who are disabled mentally and physically. With in a matter of years of being a employee.
