Ripoff keeps withdrawing from my account. We even changed accounts and they still found out the new account numbe

My husband was contacted by a foreigner stating he was from the goverment and he had a large grant for us. They were going to deposit into our account. We then received a notice that our account had been overdrawn. This company had withdrew money $299.95 to be exact. I called the bank and they put a stop payment. The company then did two seperate withdrawls to total $299.95. We then changed account number. Today I found out that they now know our new account number. I do not know what to do.
