Real player ripoff refuses to return money taken illegally, refuses to refund money stolen from my cc

Real player billed me for a nfl football pass that I never ordered.
I contacted then on 10/24/05 (when the charge appeared on my cc). They promised to refund my cc that day. NOT!
I called 3 times in Novwember, and 3 times so far in December.
It's not a lot of money (34.95) but if you think of all of the tens of thousands of customers that they cheat the sum is astronomical.
Their customer service people are all in India so it is very hard to communicate with them. Also they are very rude and just read their script!
Do not trust this company.
