OAN charged me $8.00 for services on my local phone bill I didn't use. I wasn't even home on the date I was charged. I have tried to find out who they are and contact them, but no luck. The internet search only landed me here to where I can see others are being ripped off too. Sure would like to know how I can avoid these charges from happening again.
