Charged my debit card for 9.55 in error or ripoff

At first I thought it must be either a charge for checks or perhaps some software I had ordered on the Internet (which is why I have the card, which is a VISA debit card tied to my bank checking account.

After being unable to resolve the question, I googled the name of the company that appeared on my bank statement and found the link to usacomplaints.com.

Went to bank to show evidence that this is either a mistake or a ripoff. They are pursuing.
