Disappeared and stole tens of thousands of dollars!

Risk Management Partners, LTD was the last in a series of apparent buyouts of a company called Jubilee Debt Managemnet, which became Miracle Management and eventually Risk Management Partners.

Initially, as Jubilee, my accounts were slowly being settled. As time wore on and the name changes started, the service got worse. Eventually, the new people no longer had last names. It was just Mike and Tekkain, etc.

When I was getting desperate with lawsuits approaching for non-payment, I decided to cancel my account with them and use the money in my account to try to pay off my debts as best I could. I wrote a letter to them stating as such and received a reply that I would receive a cancellation letter to sign and they will begin the refund process.

Then Risk Management simply disappeared. The phones were no longer answered, the website went down and it was impossible for me to contact them. The tens of thousands of dollars that were in my account was gone!

I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, but have only received an acknowledgement of the complaint being filed. I've seen nor heard nothing else since 2006. I had to eventually file for Chapter 13 to discahrge those debts.
