Also known as Levitz ripoff

HRS/USA also known as Levitz has incorrectly reported my account as 3o days late two months straight. Despite Bank of America faxing confirmation that my payment was made electronically 7 days prior to due date.

In February HRS USA added the notation to my credit report that the creditor (HRS USA) had closed my account due to non payment. My record indicates that I neither late nor guilty of nonpayment in Jan and Feb of this year. This adverse, derogatory report has caused the underwriter to pull the loan for my new home which was scheduled to close last Friday.

Bank of America's regional manager for customer relations, electonic payments division has been unable to convince HRS USA that their DEROGATORY consumer reporting is preventing the underwriter from reaching closure on my loan.

HRS refused to talk about the bank error... Claiming their right to enter derogatory even when it is a banking error. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
