Ripoff

I keep getting notices that I owe them money. I sent a check in the amount of $140.00 their bank cashed it in the amount of $104.07. I sent them a copy of the cancelled check. I faxed them the information I tried calling, I either get "all circuits busy" or I get put on hold 20 minutes plus. They charge more for the postage than the item. Very poor customer service.
