Ripoff ripoff business from hell internet

Can't cancel aol account, still getting billed on my phone bill for services I can't get cancelled. These people (aol) don't know the definition of NO. How do you get these people out of your life for good because this company doesn't know the definition of integrity, honesty and reliability. They treat their customers like dummies.
