Casio Direct Sales ripoff double charging

On October 11, I made the grevious error of ordering a watch from Casio, Inc. On the same day, I called back to change the delivery from UPS ground to UPS 2nd day delivery.instead of acting in a competent way, one of the employees sent out two watches, one by UPS 2nd day and one by UPS ground.

Instantly they took payments out of my credit card for two watches. Immediately upon being charged for two watches, I have each day called their 800 number and was assured that Casio would reverse the charge of one watch, $108.52.

The shipment for the 2nd watch was intercepted by Casio from UPS at Casio's request and is being returned to Casio. Casio has not returned my money.

Casio was quick enough to take my money for both watches but their lack of response of returning my money shows what an eggregious company Casio is. There is no reason why Casio should not have returned my money for the 2nd watch almost two weeks ago.

Casio has made me the victim because of their incompetence and lack of care for customers.

The eggregiousness of Casio, Inc. Is further illustrated by the fact that the same watch that I purchsed on line can be bought at K-Mart for 20-25% less than it cost on line.

This is one site that you should avoid. Casio couldn't care less for their customers and as of the date of the writing of this report, almost two weeks, I still have not received my money back from them.
