We have been playing Ultima online for years. We were banned for an unknown reason then they said it was masking for calling a player a paj, backwards for jap, but it is okay when someone else says yankee, we weren't even given a warning. This was after we had just bought 100 real dollars of items and purchased an upgrade to the game an earned all kinds of upgrade, they in turn sell them to people after you have been banned.
Now we are stuck with a brand new upgrade in an unopened box. You can't get a hold of a real person and when you do they refer you to a web site, that no one ever writes you back from. U O SUCKS and that is because of the customer service and the rules that only apply when it benefits them!!!
