I was contacted by Micheal Albright in Sept. 05. He asked me if wanted to sale my timeshare, it took me a few days to say yes but I did.

He informed me that he had a buyer that was willing to pay 28,500.00 dollars. He informed me that they would have to do a title search and would take about 3 weeks. I gave him 500.00 dollars and i've haven't heard from him since that time.
