On Auguest 4th I was contacted by email from Stefanie Marie of Pro Marketing Group & Property Advantage. I was informed that if I was interrested in selling my camp ground intrest for Bears Den at Grove Okla. If I was, send $349.95 right away because they had a buyer. I faxed the completed the owner information doc. And electronic sent the $349.95.
The contract stated that all money would be returned if the sale was not complete within 60 days.
It has been almost 3 months and when they answer the phone they say someone will return my call. I have left my phone number 11 times with no return calls. When I talk to the supperviser Jason Scott, he says he will get back with me within 5 minuets. He has yet to call me back.
Now when I call they pick up the phone and hang up.
Do not let these people hook you with that great sales talk, We have a buyer for your timeshare.
