Took $19.95 out of my bank acct for 4 months

I got a phone call last summer offering me $40 in free gas coupons. Told them no. A week later, got a phone call saying thanks for joining, you will receive $50 gas coupons as a thank you. Said, I am not a member, don't send me anything. Nothing showed on that month's bank stmt. However, noticed it today: $19.95 deduction.

How did they get my bank acct info? All they had was my name and address. Called them: said they would cancel account and send me a form to request a refund, or they could offer me a 2-months refund now. Refused to give me their mailing address. Got it from Minnesota Secretary of State's Office: owner listed as a Leona Campbell.

Hope it helps someone else. Had to cancel my bank card, and hopefully will get a refund from my bank, as I doubt I will get anything from Membership Services! If I HAD joined, I never got gas coupons or anything else for the money! Not even a letter confirming my "membership"! That is fraud in itself: taking money and sending nothing.
