Ripoff Sent me a letter saying they have been trying to contact me because I wone over 3 million dollas and they wanted me to send them $20.00 to collect it

I recieve what looked like an offical document saying I was one of four prize winners. That I need to send them $20.00 reprot-release fee, what ever that is suppose to be. I am an unemployed disabled person without any extrat money to trow away on phonny scams.
