Fairbanks Financial aka Select Services ripoff, deceptive business practices, mis-use of escrow accounts, we can win

Here it goes again. 3 years later I am still trying to fight fairbanks from foreclosing on my home.
We finally had to file chapter 13. It's been 7 months since we filed and they still want to foreclose. They keep on objecting and making motion from relief from stay.

For 7 months I have been paying the chapter 13 trustee, been sending my payments to fairbanks. They claim that my payments are the wrong amount and they are 15 days late. My note gives me 15 days of grace period to send my payment, according to fairbanks that became void when I filed chapter 13.

We are now having to depend on the judge that will make the final decision on whether our case will be dismissed and we hand over our home and land and walk away, or fairbanks will have to accept the chapter 13 plan. I have contacted the state I have contacted the states financial institution division and they still seem like they are going to win.

Reason all this happened is they didn't pay my taxes for 3 years, had I not told them the county would sell our land. They paid all the taxes and then forced me to either pay what they paid for the taxes or lose our home. We couldn't pay back what they were asking. I told them what happened to my escrow account? They claim there was a mis calculation on there part, and they still are making us pay.

I can't believe that they keep doing this. I work for the Police Department and I know this is wrong, but since I don't own a big corporation, my house will probably be taken and sold to the highest bidder, and my family and myself will have to rent and lose every penny we put into this house.

Good luck to every one. I think if we keep contacting any goverment agency that will listen we may get to keep our homes.
