Ripoff

Well after being ripped off many times from fairbanks they have finally won... We tried chapter 13 and thought it was going to go good til here we go again with this company and their bogas charges. We never agreed to them and decided enough is enough here we had insurance and was charged for not having it and was given theirs. Then that wasnt enough we were in a bad bind and fell behind paid over 5,000 for 4 months late charges plus lawyer fee's ect whatever they could make up. Then here towards the end they wanted 11,000 from us on the chapter 13. We finally gave up. My warning is if you are with this company run and run fast to get away from them i dont care how many time they change names they still continue to rip off people of their money and cause them to lose their homes. 3 years of being ripped off is enough for us.
