Ripoff and cheating

I have no clue who they are. But they show up on my credit report and saying I have 13 dollars in collection.

There has no contact information available besides address. It severely damaged my credit score and I don;t even know where did this whole thing came from and I never received any statemen from them either. Since there are other victoms in a similiar situation, it seems this is a vicious business out there to damage people's credit score.
