Jim WAlters & Mid State Homes May Finally Get There Way! Please, someone help our family!

Well after 5 years of fighting Jim Walters & Mid State Mortgage may get there way. I sage started back in 2000 with back construction. When we complained they messed with our mortgage payments and said we never sent one. Later when we went to foreclosure we found that their lawyer had the payment and it was never credited. Well after alot of sucessful delays on our part we are out of ideas.

The sheriff sale is coming in June and it looks like we can not stop it. If there is a private real estate investor who would like to help out a in trouble family. A family that was never really behind in their mortgage payments. A family that tried in the beginning to give the company the small amount that they said was owed and then when the money was offered, Mid State closed their account and would not communicate and started foreclosure.

A family who received a notice from Mid-State Mortgage through the Florida BBB that Mid State would reistate this family mortgage then two weeks later went a head and foreclosed anyway. A family that has had this house built on land that has been in their family for over 100 years.

If you are such a person or if anyone has some ideas please let us no. Refinanacing can not be done because Mid State does not report to the CB. They do this so they can mess with your account history and your cancelled checks mean nothing.

If you are the paerson that can help this family or have an idea leave a rebuttal to this. Now for all that are consider signing a contract with JWH. Do not run run run. Those whao are building, get your Lawyer now. For those in finished homes FORECLOSURE is in YOUR FUTURE!!! It does not matter if you are on time with payments or not, they will at some point do it. I only hope that if we loose our home that people will read this and never do business with Jim Walters. If you build a home with you need to get your head looked at!
