This is one of several organizations who mail an official looking document implying you have won a fabulous sum.

The implication is that you must send in a small fee ranging from $11.95 to $29.00 to receive your money.

Reading the small print, however, you will discover that the fee you send only entitles your name to go in with a bunch of other people sending money.in short, you are buying the equivalent of a lottery ticket with about the same chances of winning. This is robbery in its finest form.
