Rips off Hurricane victims, due to power outages RIPOFF

Sonic payday informed me that I would have to send the loan amount and bank charges because (my) bank charged them for items that were returned. My bank charged me 30.00 per item for sonic, but they did reverse the charge when I showed them where money was suppose to be there and was not because of the power outaged caused by Hurricaine Katrina.

I western unioned 1006.84 the amount that I owed. Sonic refused to drop the so called return item charges. I recieved a letter from them today stating they have already contacted my payroll department. This letter was dated Sept 7th. Addressed from P O Box 1216 Oaks, Pa 19456 from Shirley Sanders, the woman I spoke with last week.

The letter reads As a matter of standard practice the following steps have been taken/will be taken.

1. This outstanding amount has been listed on your Teltrack Report and at this time, is neativly affecting your Credit Score. This may result in the loss of any credit privileges extended by creditors who use teltrack. This may have a negative effect on any existing credit where the creditor is a teltrack subscriber. Pay this loan in full in one payment ank your teletrack score will be restored.

2. We have initiated contact with your payroll department in an effort to proceed with further action. This cow had told me the money needed to be paid by the 16th of Sept., which I did western Union it to them yesterday. As of today no western union pickup notice has been sent.
