Big ripoff scam consumer fraud ripoff

This is the second letter in two days that I have received from two seemingly different companies. But both letter had the same settup, a pretty certificate with very little information provided. This particular one does not even have a phone number or any account specifications on the back. Please don't fall for this CRAP. I am currently working on some kind of situation to get back at these companies, just for sending me this shit. Not to mention all the people who they have probably ripped off. Somebody needs to get these bastards.
