Swelllips scam, lip enhancer doesn't work, misrepresented & dangerous! Ebay Internet

Product does not work. Scam. Read their poor ebay feedback & see for yourself... Wish I read it a bit better before purchasing! That's not totally what is bugging me though:
Seller DOES NOT list complete disclaimers in auction, very dangerous to potential buyers!

Bottle was NOT labeled, nothing done according to FDA standards (I've sent the info to the FDA for investigation).
The only info sent with product was a sheet of paper with disclaimers on it... A LOT of them! (Can't use if pregnant, heart problems, etc...). This info was NOT listed in the auction description. What if the seller forgot to send this sheet of paper in the package and hurt an unsuspecting buyer? The bottle comes UNLABLED, so how would the buyer know the dangers?!
Glass bottle sent in an envelope, not sealed or protected.
Very cheap (handmade), not sanitary looking.
Cheap ingredients, cost under $1 to make... WITH the packaging! (Glorified Oooy-Gooy Sticky Lip Gloss).

Threw in the garbabge!
