Guaranty & Reserves Inc, Alan Carlson jr. Present a guaranty to you for your venture. They will sell you a Guaranty that they will buy out any funder for your project if your project fails. What you are required to do is find a funding source that meets there standards.

After 14 months, we have been unable to find a funder that meets there constantly change levels. One of the funders we had was rejected because 'he did not live in a house that a millionare would live in'.

They also stipulate that it can not be a bank, When we pressed G&R for a source they have used in the past, they claimed confidentiality and would not offer any suggestions. When we asked for a reference of any company that they have started up using the guaranty, again that is confidential.

We have been un able to locate one of them our selves. After 14 months we requested a full refund on our money. They said that they would get to work on it. Well we have not received a refund. They are completely bogus. Save your money.
