I purchased what I thought was the top of the line guaranty contract, while closing and at a recorded conversation I asked —I was being told that this policy covers to the same extent that a new car guaranty, that of course excludes wearable parts such as brake pads or tires, is that true? And the answer was: correct, correct.

First repair comes out, and they deny it, although is an item covered by the original guaranty, the ignition cylinder. Still fighting and now complaining to the bbb.
Will see if they pay, a waste of time pursuing, but I'll do for honoring justice.
