Las vegas, nevada actionable award program, aka lvaap the lvaap mentally damaged me and i'm mad as fire

The lvaap damaged me mentally and I want to sue them with everything I've got. These people need to pay, and I'm not talking about twenty dollars either. When I sue them, it will be for three million three hundred forty one thousand and six dollars.

I'm from a family that's not that wealthy so when you get a letter like that, you think, OH my god finally some relief from this debt.
