Unauthorized withdrawals, $500 loss RIPOFF

I'm out $500. Bank did not want to help me until I made it clear I wasn't going away. Filed dispute. Finally, a bank fraud rep put a block on all withdrawals. Can't close account because it is in the negatives because of all the bounced checks caused by this scam company. Filed a complaint with Attorney General. Hoping to get all the money they took plus all the bounced check fees they caused. Tell bank to block all withdrawals. Close account. As long as account is open, you are at risk.
