Eginning 12 through august 12 there were 2 unauthorized automatic withdrawals on my bank account each month in the amounts of $31.98 and $7.99. When i notified the phone number on withdrawal i was informed that i was signed up by payday loans when applying online. I did not sign up for or authorize these services. These withdrawals caused overdrafts on my account several times. I need for my accounted to be refunded all charges. Where do i enter my account information so this can be done?
