Boy do I feel STUPID!

I fell for the "free" Credit Report like everyone else.

I am not sure what to do at this point, I found out AFTER I gave all my info and saw that I did not get the report as promised that I was screwed. The whole thing took about 1 minute after I signed up and got NOTHING before I stumbled on to this site.

Anyway, I know I need to call and I am also going to write (signature required!) and send in the mail my request to be terminated but after reading the entries here it seems kind of pointless...

I however took it a step further.

I have also spoken with a good friend of mine who happens to be the Manager at the bank I belong too about this matter, I have spoken with my good bud who is also my Lawyer and he has given me some helpful direction, I have Spoken with another friend of mine who works for the FBI who, sadly for them, regulates and monitors Internet activities (Fraud, Harassment, Sexual Conduct...) I have also copied EVERY COMPLAINT I have come across regarding this company and it's co-names and/or partners... That's a stack of papers let me tell you! And finally complained to the Better Business Bureau.

I have written to them twice via E-Mail stressing the importance of them removing my name and "burning" my information before it goes to others and that I would be happy with a simple E-Mial reply stating they have done so.

Basically, they forget i exist, i forget they exist.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out don't you all think?

The real question is how do we throw these individuals in Jail?

I will come back and say what happened when all is said and done if anyone is interested... I wonder if they ever bother to look on this site?
