Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I recieved an unsolicited envelope in the mail. I looked him up on the net but did not find any thing bad about him at that time so i sent him the money. The was the begingin of my nightmare. After the first month i canceled which did no good the next month he sent another so i paid for it and canceled it again. Then every month i recieved a bill stating i still owed him money and now he turned me into the collection agency and i do not owe him any money. So he is now ruin my name and my credit. I looked his name up on the net to email him and found all the rip off reports. And i'm sorry for every one and hope this will keep anyone else from being in my shoes.
