Kept money promised to return, ripoff

Bought Creation HK cutter from them in Jan. After 4 months finally got a human being on the phone (the only ones who answer the phone are the sales guys) tech and cust service do not answer. They finally agreed that it needed to be replaced (was defective).

They were supposed to trade it in to an upgraded Lynx for $600 upcharge. They sent ANOTHER HK and WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY! Every person says they will handle it, just send such and such, I send it, then they disappear and I have to start over again. Am on sixth person and now SHE won't return calls! Also be careful when buying supplies... Ordered AVERY brand vinyl and got no name cheapy brand instead.
